This past weekend select students from the Dennis Township Middle School Band participated in the first ever Cape May County Honors Band Festival held at Lower Township High School. This Honors group was made of musicians from schools all over the county. The concert highlighted the strengths of our music programs across the county. Participants from Dennis Township are Melissa Rivello, Jolene Hayes, Hayley Coughlin, Joshua Heck, Juliet Peterson, Johanna Craig, Shane Armstrong, and Alex Cruz. Mr. Saul has been working with the other band directors from Upper Twp, Middle Twp, Lower Twp, and Ocean City to get this group started and we are all very proud of our students’ accomplishments.
